The provincial government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Friday auctioned various minerals worth Rs.143.82 million.

The auction was carried out under the supervision of the Director General (DG) Minerals, Hameedullah Shah here on Friday. Hundreds of bidders participated in the auction.

Besides, DG Hameedullah Shah, Director (Exploration), Aamir Mohammad, Director Licensing, Yaqub Nawaz, Assistant Director (Regulations), Riaz Khan and other concerned authorities were also present on the occasion.

Meanwhile, the Provincial Minister for Minerals said that as per policy of the present government, auction has been carried on strict merit and all legal requirements have been fulfilled in the process.
